Return Process

  Log into your Euronics account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Product

  Securely place the item in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection for large appliances.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
